About Scott
I specialize in biomechanics and human movement, with an emphasis on neural based training. What that means is that I teach your body to move better, to be pain free, and to be safe on your joints.
Education:
National strength and conditioning association - Certified strength and conditioning specialist
DBC biomechanics and human movement - Level 1
Z-Health (Neural brain based training) - R-phase, and I-phase
Been training people for 10+ years!
I specialize in helping people alleviate chronic pain.

The first session is a movement assessment, so I can see how your body responds to specific movements.
I work with kids and adults. The ages of people I've worked with ranges from 7 to 90 years old.
Make sure the person you hire has experience in education and in the real working world. It's great to have a lot of certifications, but it's also important that a teacher has applied that education to individuals over a long period of time.
