About Jason
My training experience stands out by the level of focus I put into each of my clients. Its not just a training session then goodbye. I develop healthy food plans as well as exercise plans and adjust those plans as my clients progress to their goals. You will rarely find the level of attention I give to each client.
THE RESULTS. When people transform their body and can now play sports with their children or complete that 5k race with no problem it makes me feel so happy for them making their life so much healthier and happier
The love for the challenge or working out and the joy it brings in being a stronger and healthier person brought me o try and share that enjoyment with others.
I have been an avid exerciser for my whole life. I took up weight training early in life and returned to it in a big way 10 years ago. I became NASM certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist to help lead others to a longer and healthier life.

After a free intial consultation I build a healthy food plan and exercise program to meet your goals. Gym training sessions, continual assessments and updates to plans, coupled with technology and knowledge of the industry I will bring dedicated clients to their fitness goals.

With a little bit of work and focus you CAN transform your body to the shape and size you want it.
One of my first clients recently hit the mark of losing 70 pounds!! Was and continues to be an amazing experience.

Jason has literally changed my life. I have some pretty severe strength and mobility limitations from an old surgery and he has given me a significantly larger range of motion and strengthened my weak hip muscles. I was a complete novice with weight training and have always felt silly lifting weights in a big gym environment. Jason created a safe and supportive environment for me to work out in and carefully and patiently explains the correct form and which muscle groups I'm working. He constantly mixes up the exercises so nothing gets boring or routine. I no longer feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I love feeling strong again.
Jason took me from 225 to 183 pounds in less than six months. I couldn't be happier with the improvements he helped me make!
