About Rob
My name is Rob Olivar and I'm a personal trainer in Los Altos, CA. I have a Master's degree in exercise science and I am CSCS certified (strength and conditioning specialist). I specialize and years of experience in strength and conditioning training for youth athletes. The benefits of strength and conditioning for youth athletes spans from increased confidence, improved posture, and improved metabolic profile to injury prevention, increased performance, etc. In addition, I am also interested in training adults who want to experience the amazing things that proper and professional strength and conditioning training can do for their lives.
