About Ana Liz
We support people of all ages and backgrounds on their journey to uncover and embody their authentic Selves. Our approach focuses on facilitating insight by bringing awareness to the physical, emotional, and mental bodies creatively. This helps clients build intimacy with their inner wisdom and access their ability to heal and expand via their own bodies. We use a combination of meditation techniques, embodiment practices, and movement+visual expressive arts to create a dynamic and organic process that is enjoyable and empowering!
