About Karen
Karen has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for more than 10 years. Over time, it has become an indispensible tool not only for navigating the stresses of daily life, but also as a transformational spiritual practice, leading her to create a life of health and happiness. Karen trained with world-renowned teachers Mark Coleman and Martin Aylward through the Mindfulness Training Institute and is an International Mindfulness Teachers Association Certified Mindfulness Teacher. She teaches the fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation in ways that can be directly applied to your daily practice, while interweaving insights into how to affect change on a deeper level, inviting more peace and ease into your life.
I love observing as individuals learn and practice mindfulness in their dailly lives and begin to reap the benefits. It is so wonderful to hear how the practice unfolds for different people! In group settings, we enjoy sharing experiences with each other so that we can inspire and support each other on our journeys, wherever they may lead!
