About Arthur
I’m a passionate STEM tutor specializing in Maths, Physical Sciences - Physics & Chemistry, Information Technology, and Natural Sciences for Grades 8 - 12. My goal is simple: make complex concepts click so students actually understand, not just memorize for tests. I believe every child is unique.

My approach:
1. Concept-first teaching: We break topics down to the basics first. E.g. in Physics we master what “force” really means before touching formulas. That’s why students stop dreading word problems.
2. Exam + real life: I use past papers, ATPs, and exam-style questions, but I also connect Chemistry to cooking, IT to apps you use daily. When it makes sense, marks improve naturally.
3. Patient & structured: Every lesson has a clear plan + practice + feedback. I adjust pace for each student - fast for quick learners, step-by-step for those who need it.
Students I teach build confidence and see real improvement. My focus is on closing gaps from earlier grades so Grade 12 doesn’t feel impossible.
I teach both online and in-person around Rustenburg.
