About Traci
I started teaching after working at my own children's elementary school as a PTA member and a substitute. I have been working in education for 12 years.
I have taught 1st grade for the past 6 years. I have worked with ESL students, autistic students and general ed students.

I get to know the student's pro's and con's: how they think they learn best, what their struggles are and what their interests are.
I have worked with autistic students. I have worked with students that have behavioral issues. I have worked with students have English as their second language.
You can only do your best. As long as you are willing to learn you will learn. When you tell yourself that you can't do it then you won't let yourself do it.
