About Alex
I have always enjoyed helping others more than anything. By helping people learn, I not only understand the material better, but I also learn about people. The way that other's minds work completely facinates me.
I just finished my junior year of high school. I have enlisted myself in an advanced program at my school that requires me to take diffcult classes. I've passed classes like AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, and various others with A's or high B's.
I have also volunteered for many years helping children with reading for about 4 years.

I try to get to know the new student and figure out their learning style. Every student is different, and it's important to help them learn in the way that works best for them.
I tend to work best with shy students because, well, I am one myself. I intend to work with other types of people in order to learn about different learnign styles and how to adapt to different situations.
