About Ryan
I am a full-time Data Analyst looking to for part-time work helping others better understand, appreciate, and love math. I have a combined 5 years of experience in various levels of math tutoring. I have worked with high school students on geometry, algebra 1, and algebra 2. I also tutored middle school math (grades 6-8). In college, I was a Teaching Assistant for Calculus 1 and 2, where I would help the professor grade assignments and hold review sessions for students. I also ran walk-in sessions at the Center for Writing and Academic Achievement, where students could come and ask any math question.
I enjoy sharing my love of math with other students. Math is more than numbers; it is a different way of viewing problems, thinking critically, and solving problems. I am passionate about helping students discover how rewarding it is to master different math subjects.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Stonehill College (2016)
