About Robert
I do a lot of practice examples to make sure that students know the steps on how to solve problems. If a student is struggling with a particular topic, we'll focus on that topic and I'll explain it in great detail.
In middle school, I struggled immensely with math. When I realized in high school that I was good at math I decided to become a tutor in 11th grade. I decided that my main career goal was to make sure that no other student struggled as I did in school. Seeing how my help improves a student's grade or allows them to understand a subject better brings me joy. This is one of the many joys of life for me. Having a job that you love and are passionate about is one of the greatest feelings on the planet.
I started teaching in the eleventh grade of Highschool when I found out I had a passion for teaching math.

I'll first find out what topic the student is currently learning. Then I'll find out what topic the student is having the most trouble with, and I'll work with them from there.
I've taught basically every age in between elementary through high school students. I've also tutored a college women in college algebra and statistics.
Mostly Elementary school kids
Some middle school, and two ninth graders.
