About Rachel
Hello,
I'm Rachel, a current student studying math. I am passionate about teaching younger students math and engaging our next generation of problem solvers!
I have tutored throughout High School. I tutored formally at an elementary and middle school level and peer tutored math until Calculus. I find that my students remain engaged in the material. My students are helped to gain a deeper understanding into the topics, leading them to form insightful questions and allowing them an ability to solve a greater variety of math problems.
As a current student, I find that I am able to relate to the student moreso than other tutors. This, coupled with my my strong performance in math allows me to best identify and correct problem areas.
