About Katie
Hi everyone! My name is Katie and I am a graduating senior of Central Connecticut State University. I am just 2 months short of recieving my Secondary Math Teaching Certification. Let me help you!
Math is a very difficult subject for many students. Most students think this is because they are not good at math or not smart enough. I love teaching because my job is to teach students more than just math. I teach students that everyone has the potential in order to be good at math; it just takes time, practice and perseverence!
I was a student teacher in an urban school in CT where I taught five sections of Algebra 1.
