About Alexis
Hello students! My name is Alexis Peeper and I graduated from UCO with a biology degree (3.96 GPA). I love school and I love helping students find their path in school! I have experience as a tutor to middle and highschool students and I also worked as a lab assitant on the college level. I want to make school as easy and fun as possible for you while also ensuring you are learning as much as possible!
I worked under two different professors as a lab assitant where I was able to learn their teaching styles while also having a chance to apply my knowledge. My degree in biology has also helped me become a better tutor as I have taken a plethra of math and science courses.

I will first talk to the student about what they are looking to get out of tutoring. Then I will go ahead and talk to them about their strengths and weaknesses in the subject and go over a game plan with them!
I would advise the student to find a tutor that they feel comfortable around and one that is actively helping them reach their educational goals. Tutors are for the students and therefore they should find the best possible fit for them!

I didn’t love math and science before I started tutoring, but now I approach the material differently and it has helped a lot. She made a hard subject fun and easy to learn.
Alexis was very patient and flexible when helping me understand the material. She helped me reach my goals and build confidence in the subjects I struggled with.
