About Kelly
As a martial artist with an ecclectic background I will provide you a unique experience in with your desired goals in mind. I have 13 years of combat sports experience in boxing, mma, BJJ no gi, self defense and combat fitness.
Keeping people safer and more confident within themselves is my goal. Whether through weight loss or personal protection training.
It was a natural transition as i had coached youth sports prior and grew up with a dad who was a soccer coach. I just learned to kick a bit differently.
5 years strictly boxing then 3 of boxing and jui jitsu followed by mma training and competitive fighting while Managing an mma and fitness center where I was the lead instructor teaching Combat fitness, self defense, boxing and MMA classes. I most recently have been teaching kickboxing as well.

All types, shapes, sizes and ages. 10-15 yr old kids in the masters program at a kung fu school i taught mma at were the best.

Pricing will be Depending on your specific needs and wants and risk to me as a trainer. Ive been through the "pleasantries" of being a corporate trainer and will spare you the tactics used by big name gyms. You either want it or you dont.
