About David
We are a mixed martial arts gym with an emphasis on wrestling and self defense. We have coaches that train professional mixed martial arts students at the highest levels (UFC, Invicta, Legacy, King of the Cage). Many of our coaches are professional combat athletes. These athletes coach at the gym and also take on teaching private sessions to help support their professional aspirations.

The owners of W4R Training Center have operated different MMA gyms for over the past ten years. The main owner, Jeremy Mahon, started learning and teaching in the Marines. He has since founded IV Ounce Fight Club and trained a number of men and women for amateur and pro mma events. Current students include Invicta Fighter Stephanie Alba, and Olympic Medalist Randi Miller
We have a variety of instructors that have different levels of experience. We try to match with students needs in a cost effective way.

Details
Our pricing depends on the experience level of the instructor and the commitment level of the student and the content of the instruction(sport). As a guide, senior level instructors are approximately $60/hr, Class level instructors are $40/hr, and Competitor level instructors are $50/hr. Price range from $30-$60/hr depending on sport & instructor.
