Utilizing Techniques and Concepts from Kempo, Kung Fu, Aikido, Jujutsu and Karate.
Kicking, Punching, Throwing, Nerve/Pressure point strikes, Pain Compliance Techniques ,Joint Locks, Submissions, Chokes, Control and Restraint Tactics.
I have been involved in the Martial Arts since 1973 earning Black Belt Ranking in Various Martial Arts Systems.

My son goes to his class and in just a matter of weeks he learned so much. He has gained so much more confidence in himself. I also attended his Women Self Defense Seminar and got great information and defense skills. Master Niko is such a great instructor, has a lot of experience, is very patient with his students , and has good life skills teachings. I'm grateful he was recommended to me and I confidently reccomend his class for adults and children.
He is a great instructor and personal friend. Grand master Gelinas has been studying and practicing martial arts for over 40 years.
I have had the privilege to train under Hanshi Gelinas for 3 years in Tang Soo Do and more recently in his recognized self-created system Kajukido which blends many different disciplines together for the most advance defensive learning program out there. I am always amazed at the vast wealth of knowledge he has gained and the rank of master belt in numerous disciplines he has acquired from his 45 years of dedication to martial arts. After three and half years he still brings new content weekly. I miss not being there and hope to get back there soon!
