About Patrick
I am a disciple and teacher of Ip Man direct lineage Wing Chun boxing. 10 years, Only 3rd generation.
Ip Man-Ip Ching-Russ Cichon-Patrick Murello(myself). Teaching since 2013.
I am also trained in Israeli Krav Maga by Master Sergeant Eugene Gershman (Ret.)
I teach people to believe in themselves using triangulation. First build the physical body, so the brain resides in a strong house, determination breeds mental acuity, and spiritual/humanitarianism is not far behind once our body and mind becomes healthy.

I have always been a practicing athelte and Martial Artist, so to be able to do this as a living, and to build a community is the best thing about being an Instructor.
I've been assisting with coaching and teaching athletics since I was 13. I worked at the Boy's and Girl's club, and NYC Public schools as well as private Catholic and Sephardic schools as well.
Trained directly under Sifu Russ Cichon, Ving Tsun Athletic Association(VTAA) consistently from 2008-2011 , and then intermittently from 2012-2014, when he qualified me to teach my own students.
Trained directly under Israeli Defense Force Master Sergeant Eugene Gershman(Ret.) 2017-2018, teaching Krav Maga.
