With instructors full of experience and technique why would you want to train somewhere else ? Small gym but that's where the quality starts , from quality over quantity and this place does not fall short of it . Only great experiances and moments I have encountered at this gym !

I gave STB a try after a close friend had been going for a few months and talked very highly of it. I myself had gotten into a stage of depression with many things crumbling in my life and I needed a place to find myself again. Within my first week, I fell absolutely in for the atmosphere and family like orientation this gym gives you. Everyone is close and welcoming, the teachings are excellent from beginners to individuals working towards fights. It's a growing hole in the wall gym, with instructors encouraging your strengths and being patient to work you on your weaknesses. Give this place a call or message if you've ever had interest in Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing or Conditioning; I promise you won't regret it.

I never tried kickboxing before until yesterday! And I like it a lot! The way how they teach us is more than good! They also let u feel like a family member! Unbelievable - so if u are searching for a good place to learn kickboxing and train your condition - this place is perfect for that!!
