About Darren
I started training mixed martial arts in 2010. I’m a professional mma fighter and a 185lb champ of a major promotion. I am a brown belt in Brazilian jui jitzu Under Alliance bah and Noel Smith and a certified muiy tai instructor. I have a strong wrestling background and 9 years in combat sports. I can work with kids, adults and any range of skill level. My goal is to help motivate and inspire others while helping them reach the goals they desire. I can teach anything to just wanting to get in shape or learn to defend yourself up to competitive wrestling, jui jitzu or mixed martial arts.
I started after I trained for around a year helping with the kids classes and grew from there.
9 years experience in MMA amateur and professional.
brown belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
High School Wrestling Coach
Middleweight Champion of Shogun Fights.
Competition Jiu Jitzu and Wrestling background.

ive worked with kids all the way up to 55+ year olds changing my workouts to personally benefit each individual. Each person deserves a personal workout I’m not a 1 workout fits all type of trainer everyone is different and deserves individual training based on age, skill level, why they want to train and what they want to get out of training.
Make sure the training is practical and relatable to real world situations especially when it comes to self defense. Check there credentials ask around about them see if what there selling is legit. Make sure they motivate you while making you feel safe and comfortable.
