After speaking with Jose and developing a plan, we have been working to strengthen my physical and mental weakness through stretching, weight training, and boxing. In the short few weeks since starting, I already feel tremendous difference. Getting back into a combat gym is very important. I’m not a fighter, but I love being around the fighting family. Jose is a new addition to that family. The lessons are well rounded and revolve around the whole-person concept. It was an honor for me that he assisted me in my training times, he always motivated me to get out the best of me in martial arts.

He is a great coach who cares about his fighters. He doesn’t hesitate to stay late to work on any techniques you are confused about. I started training BJJ with Jose only 3 months ago and I recently competed in my first BJJ tournament and won the gold medal for my weight class. By far the best coach I’ve had and I considered him family.

He has great advice for his fighters (and students too), he treats everyone like family, he pushes through your limits, and he will take time out of his day to go help with anything you need. Jose is the best coach I ever had!
