About Ali
Let's be real, personal trainers ain't sh**, wow you lost 10lbs in one whole year, and your biceps look less like a scoop of ice cream, and now at least resemble mashed potatoes. That's what you got out of years with your trainer? If you’re looking for a once/twice a week trainer, do some exercises for an hour, then go off to brunch, exit this page now, this ain't it. I'm here to do one thing; get you f*cking jacked and change your f*cked up behaviors that keep you from looking, feeling and performing at your best. I will challenge you, I will push you, I will be on your ass. I take care of your workouts 5-6 days a week, nutrition, supplementing, travel workout, travel meals no stones left uncovered. I only coach one way; with violent execution.
If what you're currently doing worked, you would not be on this page right now. Once I agree to coach you, you're under my watch, and I'll be damned if we get some half-assed results, for some half-assed effort. If you're ready to get your body jacked like you've never seen, your mind sharp as razor, energy on level 10 and look like the next Marvel Hero movie star. Schedule a consultation, and get ready to EXECUTE VIOLENTLY.
My own journey of personal growth has moved into the program I’ve build for my clients. I’m
concerned about the whole being of a person because thatis what truly matters beyond the scale or
body composition. I wake up in the morning and drag my ass to the gym because I know there is
someone there waiting for me that needs more than a physical wake up call.
They need renewed passion for life, clarity of purpose, mental stability, repaired relationships,
awakened confidence, and motivation for the future. When we start there, everything else, to include
a healthy weight and a kick ass body, will fall into place with hard work and dedication. This is my
“why.” This is what drives me and is the heartbeat of iLift Academy

I liked the constant support from Ali. Although I wasn’t physically training with him, I always felt the accountability provided during the program. I’m liking what I see in the mirror and it keeps me motivated to be consistent.
I’ve worked with Ali going on a decade. He’s got a big heart, knows his stuff, and more importantly knows the buttons push. In a world of brotrainers Ali stands out as a healthy mix of grit, compassion, and inspiration. I can’t say enough about him. If you are looking to change, and you want to improve your health there’s no better spirit guide. WARNING: his style isn’t for everyone so if you’re a whiny buttercup who wants a friend buy a dog Ali lbs trying to change lives.
