About Margo
Most of us know what we need to do to increase our health and wellbeing, but we aren't doing it. As a health and life coach, I offer the right system, the right support and the right accountability for you to accomplish your goals and create healthy habits that stick!
I am certified as a health and life coach through Health Coach Institute, a ground-breaking coaching program designed around cutting edge psychology and neurolinguistic programming. They provided me with nutrition education by partnering with top doctors PLUS the art and science of habit change so you get real, lasting results by giving you tools that will serve you for life.
Health Coach Institute is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners, via their CCE program (Continuing Coach Education).

Margo is an excellent health coach! I love that she’s very thorough with questions and is passionate about her work. You can really tell she listens to you and she gives great advice! I also like that she views health as not only through diet and exercise, but also other aspects such a calm home environment and simplifying your life! She’s very kind and not judgemental at all, but approaches differing lifestyles with curiosity and an opportunity to learn more about others!
Margo is there to hear what is going on and there to guide and assist with the weight/workout/food/overall health situation. She has a soothing demeanor that is conducive to the issue at hand. I’ve also been motivated to work out many times per week now, thanks to Margo!
