Experienced tutor in Life coaching in Reno, Mary offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Totally enjoyed the workshop you presented last week. I also enjoy our yoga classes. Your detailed instructions of executing the postures is very helpful for beginners as well as us old timers. I continue to learn from you in our practice.

Mary is awesome as an instructional leader. Always knowing which direction to take me and others in the class. Her wealth of knowledge amazes me.

While I have been an athlete most of my life, yoga was not something I had completed. Mary offers an amazing ability to pull one in not only physically, but mind and spirit as well. After my first class with her, I commented that is was not only a solid physical component, but an emotional one as well. Her talent is extensive as she continues to excel in the field. I often recommend her to others, both beginners as well as advanced.

She is knowledgeable, information shared actually works; she’s passionate about her work and seems to really care about my wellbeing.

Mary does a fantastic job of tailoring her yoga sessions to the needs and capabilities of her students.
