About Holly
Hi! I'm Holly, I'm a psychologist in training studying to get my Doctorate in School and Clinical Child Psychology*. I am a crisis counselor, a yogi, and a spiritual person. I am eager to get to know you and to share insights with you. Our sessions may take the form of guided yoga and meditation, meaningful art making, or conversation- whatever serves you best. The possibilities are endless!
My coaching method is based on the idea of finding what serves you best and being aware of that in daily thoughts, words, and actions. I believe that confidential sharing and conversation are healing and I am happy to be the ears you need or a challenge to your maladaptive patterns. Our sessions will follow the guide of finding what serves you best so we have the freedom to try different methods of self-reflection and sharing.
*I am not currently a licensed psychologist.
