I am writing this for my mom. She is in her late 70’s and her balance was terrible. It took everything for me to convince her to meet with someone on the computer. She has been meeting with Adita twice a week and her balance and stability is like a different person. She’s much more secure walking up or down stairs, and even stepping up onto a curb. I am so proud of her, and Adita has helped amazingly she is much more secure walking up or down stairs, and even stepping up onto a curb. I am so proud of her, and Adita has helped amazingly

I literally was not going to do virtual training but I thought I would give it one try and wow, I am hooked. I have been doing Pilates and nutrition with Adita for over a month and the changes have been incredible.

I am new to meditation and a bit sceptical about working with someone virtually, but it has been a wonderful experience. She is so well versed and has kept me engaged enough to see the difference. I love this!

She has given me great insight to change my diet, she calls it a good plan, and make permanent changes that I can actually live with. I am still working with her and I love it
