About Linda
I befan as a special needs coach primarily, thus the name. However, I actually coach people from all different walks of life. It was not my original intention but it's just the way my practice unfolded. Moreover I realize I actually began 2026. I do not like the business/promoting aspects of it. I love what happens in the meeting with another person which seems to be so natural however, I know could never have happened had I not had the coaching skills behind me. That is not to Say that there is not some divine intervention which contributes to the miraculous. These incredible shifts which take place in peoples gives way for them to see what has been in the way of them reaching their goals in a sustainable way in the past. Coaching creates sustainable evidence based change!!!
I know without a doubt that coaching promotes and allows people to be bravely vulnerable enough to open their hearts and make the space Necessary for a shift to happen. Are you up for something miraculous to happen in your life or would you like to just keep living the way you are?
I have a very strong background in mental health and have been studying spirituality for the last 35 years. I worked on a psychiatric ward at LIJ Hillside to attending weekend long Buddhist retreats, not to mention nearly a couple of decades in therapy doing my own ruthless hard work to become the courageous woman I am. I know where I was and where I am. Each of us has a story to tell. Mine was that I don't think I was worthy or lovable Now that I know that when I feel held back I go back to remembering place from which that comes and I can tell it to go back to her along's and then I am once again free and strong.I carried so much shame for so long about having this feeling. I no longer feel that way and it's such a relief. It took me going to a coach to be rid of this it led to so many self-limiting beliefs and Assumptionsand now that I know that my life is forever changed.
it is in the telling of our story where we experience our shame and guilt which is what is behind that which holds us back in life, our jobs, relationships and all of our dreams. it is a natural part of being human to have these feelings beneath the surface if one has not already processed them. Once they are processed correctly, one is free to be whoever they choose to be. It is in the telling of one's story authentically, to another person in a place that has been specifically designed to support a beneficial outcome a human being is validated and empowered for who they are and they learn that their shame and guilt are separate from who they are. It is most often that those emotions do not even belong to them, however they have carried them out of habit. And if they do belong to them they learn how to process them in a way constructively so that they are at once free. ( Please note should that be the situation it is not something there is any judgment nor something where we spend much focus. It's just a point to bring to the clients attention snd the same model applies.
You will love the process discovering g a new lightness of Being and will find that you appreciate nature and all things organic with a new appreciation. .

In addition I am on Instagram as Linda.coach. I look forward to meeting you, and I'm excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals. I have the most esteemed license in the field called the ICF. In addition I went to one of the best coaching schools called institute a professional excellence in coaching. It was a rigorous program but well worth it. And as I said I had a mental health academic background.
