About Chu's
I teach authentic Chinese Kung Fu: Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin, Choy Li Fut, and Tai Chi. Each style is taught the traditional method to be used for self defense, and is different from Wu Shu in the way that I teach it for actual combat.
I love kung fu, because through it I can teach others discipline, respect, and how to defend themselves.
I have been training and teaching Traditional Chinese Kung Fu for 45 years.
