About Roxy
Hi I'm Roxy a former pro Muay Thai fighter and current coach who has been training since 2002 and teaching since 2005. Muay Thai changed my life, giving me strength, confidence and a fit and healthy body inside and out! Today I love teaching people Muay Thai and sharing with them the sport that shaped me to be a better person.
I own my onw gym in Miracle Mile Los Angeles and we offer private Muay Thai training as well as small group classes.
I have a couple other professional and experienced coaches that work for me, so there are many class and session times to choose from.
Myself and the other full time Muay Thai instructor are both certified in personal training as well as having Muay Thai fight experience, so you can be sure you are getting top notch sport and fitness instruction from qualified professionals.
