About Krystal
Team Extreme is one of the only martial arts schools in this area that specilizes in teaching preschool age children. Team Extreme's programs are broken down into specific age groups and belt rank. We teach all ages from potty trained to adult. Team Extreme is the full package when it comes to our programs, teaching, coaching, making well rounded, outstanding Team Extreme black belts and martial arts athletes, physically and mentally.

We schedule a free trial lesson, so the new student can come in check out their class, meet their coaches, and their teammates. This is a great way to get introduced to something new by being hands on with peers your own age and belt rank. For new students it eases fears of doing something new for the first time because they get to see other students their age and what would be their belt rank or close to it, trying something new and learning for the first time as well.

I have known Krystal forever and martial arts is her life. She is really good with kids and is the best at what she does. If you are looking for a Family oriented martial arts school, Krystal and her Husband are the best. They have many fun programs for kids, teens, and even adults. They do a lot of events in the community and always put on an Outstanding show. I would highly recommend them.
