About Kathy

We are the only horseback riding training facility in Patterson California with an emphasis in Western riding.

Field trips, horse camps, and a variety of riding disciplines.

I love imparting knowledge about horses and horsemanship to students of all ages. Riding horses is deeply therapeutic for me. Seeing a horse and rider team learn a new skill or discipline is the ultimate reward.

I have a background in teaching gymnastics. My love of horses began as a young girl, but didn't become a reality until my early 40's. I enjoy mentoring and instructing students of all ages with an interest in horses and equestrian events.

Self taught horsewoman and perpetual student of the horse. I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to expand my riding skills and opportunities.

Get acquainted, complete required paperwork, tour the facilities and barn, discuss safety and best practices, meet the horses.

Adults, teens, and children of all ages.

I recommend interviewing at least two instructors. You want to see if their teaching style and your learning style mesh. And don't get discouraged.

We host a horse camp every year for young ladies aged 8 to 13. We have had an exceptional turnout every year and look forward to having additional events.
