About Anthony
I have an ability to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual, apparently healthy client, in a safe and effective way. Having and maintaining a working knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and fundamental principles of exercise science. I also enrolled in the the ACE Personal Trainer Certification Program which was accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
There’s a lot of potential to expand actually, Loving it has made me sell classes such as a community recreation center, although there are other, less tangible, benefits to teaching a fitness class. I meet a lot of great people, and I do most of the work for my “day” job online or virtually, rather than face-to-face.
I have a management position in a health club and two fitness centers.
