About Ammr
I understand that choosing a tutor is an important decision. As a Monash University Robotics Engineering student with a strong academic record; including A* grades in Pure and Further Mathematics and an A in Physics, I bring both subject mastery and practical engineering experience to every session.
I am thoroughly familiar with Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International examination formats, question styles, and marking criteria, having excelled in them myself. I use a three-step approach: concept breakdown → worked examples → guided practice.
I start by explaining the "why" behind each concept using real-world analogies from engineering, then demonstrate step-by-step solutions following exam board marking schemes, and finally have students solve problems independently while I provide targeted feedback. I emphasize answer structure, especially for Cambridge and Edexcel; since presentation often costs students easy marks.
