About Umairah
Hello, my name is Umairah binti Mohamad Azizi, and I am a dedicated Bahasa Melayu tutor. I take pride in helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and performance in Bahasa Melayu through clear guidance and structured lessons. I am a dedicated and patient Bahasa Melayu tutor who believes that effective learning happens when students feel comfortable, understood, and supported. My teaching approach focuses on helping students truly understand the language rather than memorizing blindly, so they can apply their knowledge confidently in exams and real-life situations. I also encourage active participation, asking questions, and discussion to build confidence in using Bahasa Melayu, especially in writing and answering structured or essay questions. A typical lesson lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s level and learning goals. Lessons are paced carefully to ensure students fully understand each topic without feeling overwhelmed. I have a strong academic background in Bahasa Melayu and experience assisting students with coursework, assignments, and exam preparation. I am familiar with syllabus requirements and marking schemes, which allows me to guide students effectively toward better results. I am committed, organized, and attentive to each student’s progress. My lessons are suitable for primary school students and secondary school students. I work best with students who want to improve their understanding, writing skills, and confidence in Bahasa Melayu, regardless of their current level.
