About Tyrrell
I'm A Motivator not by choice, that's just who I am and what I bring to the table. I'm All about results and getting you in shape mentally and physically. Also I know what feels like to win Championships. I've been apart of winning teams all my life and truly understand what it means to be all in
Depending on who I'm training, but my workouts change. I never Like doing the same thing. Main focus is to get full body workout and improve 2-3 things there trying to apply to their game.

I would like To get to know them, Because I can't motivate you if I have no recollection of you. So we gotta start with a ice breaker. After we break the awkwardness it's time to get to work. I would prefer the Student tell me specifically what they want to work on. Then We execute. Also I have membership at LA Fitness so weight workout are included.
