About Jon
My passion is focusing on the foundation with my athletes. Most athletes have some sort of difficiency or imbalance in their body that can lead to injuries. I put extra time and attention on rooting those imbalances out, which will translate into improved performance and productivity.
I enjoy the pure energy that athletes bring. That energy can be an extreme level of excitement, or it can be extremely lax. As a professional, I enjoy being challenged by my athletes to be flexible and adapt to whatever situation comes up.
I have a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification. I also have experience playing football in college and professional experience.

Jon Isom has been working with my sons for years. He is very knowledgeable and patient with young ones, but also demands determination and effort. I would highly recommend Jon for your child’s training, no matter the sport!
