About Mandy
I am an in-person personal trainer and an online fitness and nutrition coach. I can train you in a private small gym setting in my home or anywhere online with my Fitness4U app. I get excited when my clients see results, and believe me they do! I have helped hundreds of people over the last decade lose thousdands of pounds. I have even helped a 58 year old grandmother of 2 lose 100 pounds in exactly a year! I take fitness goals seriously and as long as you are willing to put in the time and effort I will make it my priority to get you to your goals!!! I enjoy helping people feel empowered. I enjoy seeing the look people get when they are making progress and taking control of their lives. I specialize in weight loss for both men and women.

About the lesson

We would start with a phone call then a planned meeting to discuss what the client's needs are and what I as a personal trainer has to offer as well as pricing. This can be done via Zoom, Skype, or in-person depending on where the client is located. After that I would email the client paper work such as a fitness and eating questionaires to gain perspective on what kind of programming the client needs. Once that is finished he or she will sign up for the Fitness4U app and begin their fitness training either in-person or online.

I love that Mandy takes the time to coordinate a workout that is tailored to me and focuses on my goals. She spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but also educates me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging texts throughout the week. Her personality is contagious and motivating.
