About Dianna
I have been teaching yoga, dance, and fitness since 2010 bringing kinesthetically sound movement and emotionally charged messages to the yoga and dance studio.
Offering yoga, dance, and fitness online provides convenient and personal access to movement classes. The kind of personal tailoring, accountability, and growth we can foster is limitless!
I have me 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, have completed Ailey Extension’s week long Beginner Horton Teacher Workshop, and am certified in Progressing Ballet Technique.

Motionally Available is all about creating a realtionship between mindfulness and movment. I love supporting my clients in a safe, holistic, and gentle way. I find that these qualities lend themselves to deep and lasting progress!
I began her yoga teaching journey in in 2010 as Fitness and Yoga Instructor within N.C. State Recreation. Shortly after college, she became a dance instructor with a particular passion for ballet and modern.
I value alignment-based instruction for all levels. In addition to being a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, she has completed Ailey Extension’s week long Beginner Horton Teacher Workshop, and is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique.
