Come join the party! Dance and burn calories to hot World rhythms like Salsa reggaton hip hop and more! Forget the boring work out come twerk out with me!
I have extensive dance knowledge and specialize in Latin and African movement as well as hip hop.
I offer dance fitness classes, can help with fundraisers and dance team and cheer team conditioning. I am also available to football teams that want to add some fun to their workout routine.
free 1 hr workouts for a limited time! I'll come to your home office or school!
I've been a lover of dance since the age of 5and I love movement and rhythmic dance styles!
