About Jessica
I offer Contemporary Pilates sessions to challenge you, engage your imagination (hedgehogs! blueberries! toothless sharks!), and leave you feeling stronger and more at home in your body. Online private and group sessions available.
I am a Nationally Certifies Pilates Teacher.
I completed my Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training through Polestar Pilates.
I am also Pre and Postnatal Pilates certified through East River Pilates.
Lastly, I am a dancer and use the knowldedge I have gathered to help hone ideas and communicate more clearly with my clients.

About the lesson

We will spend the first 10 minutes of our session talking about your goals and what you hope to achieve through Pilates. We will then go through a Pilates session tailored to those goals. I will use the first session to create a plan that we will use to further those goals over time. My sessions are thoughtful, fun, and challenging with an awareness of alignment and breath.
