About Ray
I started working as a Fishing Guide in 1979. I've had the pleasure of fishing on many great places with a lot of wonderful people. I spent a lot of time fishing recreationally, charter fishing and also enjoyed quite a bit of Bluewater tournament fishing. Fishing has allowed me to visit many parts of the world and experience many beautiful places. I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others no matter what their experience level.
On the water as a guide then grew into seminars locally then nationally and beyond.

Determine what level of fishing experience that they have and understand exactly their goals before we create a training process

Be as realistic as possible when identifying your goals but don't lose sight of having fun along the way.
I enjoy training on the water. It provides the most practical and durable lessons.
