About Reneisha

Hi, I really enjoy the experience of teaching English to so many diversed people from around the world. My goal is to help all students in their pursuit of becoming successful whether at mastering the language for academic purposes or as a second langauage. My teaching approach is very Task-Based and hands on. I have an excellent ability to teach difficult concepts to my students, including breaking down topics, scaffolding, and of course checking for understanding throughout each lesson. In order to help each student achieve their goals, I will implement a number of Technical Aptitude skills such as: 1) Active listening to ensure students are getting the necessary help required to boost their confidence. 2) Grammar 3) Sentence Construction, 4) Communication, 5) Reading, 6) Communication, 7) Writing, 8) Spelling and finally patience.

I've been a professional English Teacher for the past five years. My teaching experiences encompasses both one on one in-home tutoring as well as online ESL classes. Both experiences I find to be quite contrary and require different communicative skill-sets to be able to effectively interact, motivate and inspire my students. For both my sessions I incorporate additional technical skills such as lesson planning for each grade level, leadership, childcare, test compilation, assessment design and collaboration tools like instant messaging (Whatsapp, Skpe), presentation software (PowerPoint and blackboard).
