About Joshua
As an expert writer with a background in journalistic, creative, and academic writing, I provide high-quality feedback for essays of all types. I work with the specific needs of each client and cater to their strengths to not only improve the work at hand but to build the larger composition skills necessary to excel in their writing.
I'm an alum of Claremont McKenna College with a 3.7 GPA and a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. I have a background in journalism in contributing and editing school newspapers as well as experience in creative writing at different points in my writing career. I have a breadth of experience in different academic writing as well as a history of success in college applications with acceptances from Claremont McKenna, Wesleyan, Colorado College, University of Wisconsin Madison, Occidental, Pitzer, and Macalester. More, I have experience in education through English language tutoring and environmental learning.

I offer help from the outline to the final product. I can prove useful in refining ideas and putting forth an effective thesis, creating an outline, editing for structure and finally proofreading the final product. I work by inquiring with each student about the source of their excitement for the work and harness this interest in putting forth a compelling final product. I'm consistently available to work through hang-ups and ask further questions to lead students in the right direction.
