About Theo
Hello! I'm Emrys Cunningham, an artist that wants to share my skills. Graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BFA in Painting and Sculpture in 2015. Find me and my work on instagram @Satyr_Em
I've taught a few one-on-one lessons casually to my friends and other artists before, but this is my first shot at teaching professionally!

I've taught my peers in the 18-30 range mostly, but I have a 3 year old at home so I have experience with teaching young children as well.
Be as specific as possible with which skills you want to focus on to maximize your time with me. Are you wanting to focus on drawing noses? Mixing paint colors? Trying to learn landscape painting? Let me know!
The last event I tabled at was before 2020 and I haven't been brave enough to do it since. I love Woodland Art Fair in Lexington, KY. I have fond memories of my grandparents selling pottery and paintings there as a kid.

Details
I'm currently charging $100/hour for painting, drawing and fiber art classes.
For painting classes, basic paint, brushes and a canvas are provided.
For drawing classes, graphite pencils, pens and heavy watercolor paper are provided.
For fiber art classes, we'll talk about your project and decide what you'll need to bring with you. I have crochet hooks, wool felting tools and hand sewing supplies.
For all classes, bring any special supplies you usually work with or are wanting to utilize (mixed media encouraged!)
