About Michael
I have been teaching art for many decades and look forward to meeting new students. I have taught large classrooms, small classrooms and individuals. I have a bachelors of fine arts degree from the University of New Mexico in painting and drawing I also do sculptures. And I have been in 23 different juried art shows. I look forward to any future students and helping them to discover art.
I was working as a graphic designer for the University of Mexico and they needed someone to take over a painting class for the continuing education class that a teacher could no longer do.
Bachelor of fine arts from the University New Mexico and I have taught classes for the University of New Mexico continuing education and for the local military base as well as private classes for groups or individuals.

I like for a new student to introduce themselves to me and their background in art and what their interest in art is so that I can help them achieve that.
I have worked with mostly adults but some teenagers. I have worked with individuals with Special needs.
Know that if I am to be your teacher I will be very friendly and open to suggestions and will take the course of teaching you at your rate of learning.
I taught a wheel throwing class for clay with averaging about six students at the local military base in there art center
