Combination of DANCE moves and WORKOUT will get your heart pumping and boost your energy high. This high energy class contain combination of different styles like HIP_HOP, HOUSE, DANCEHALL, SALSA AND WAACKING also ZUMBA classes.
Each class based on individual needs, desires, and goals, adjusting teaching style to your ability, personality, and expectations. This ensures the most thorough and rapid learning process, all while keeping it FUN and EASY.
It's a great way for BEGINNERS to get STARTed, and more advanced dancers to take their SKILLS to the NEXT level.
