Boasting eight years of dance and fitness training, a master's degree in Community Dance, and accreditation as an AAFA-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class.

As a specialist in community dance, dance fitness, and movement, I bring a vibrant burst of energy to every session.
