My wife and I have been taking dance lessons regularly from Terri Bordeaux of Topcatdance for over a year now, both in private and class settings. Terri teaches a broad range of popular dances, in country and other genres, and teaches them all well. Her students range from total beginners to polished professionals, and from guys who just want to dance at their daughter's wedding to men and women who want to compete at the highest level. Her group classes are fun for all ages and ability levels, and focus on getting people out onto the social dance floor as quickly and confidently as possible. But if you REALLY want to learn how to dance, take private lessons from her. Because Terri excels at teaching all the finer points which make the difference between dancing "good enough" and having people drop their drinks, jump over chairs and stand in line just to dance with you. She offers private lessons to individuals (men and women - she can dance and teach either part), couples, and I believe small groups by special arrangement.
