About Diana
Join me in this centuries old dance we call Bellydance💞 It is a fun way to meet new friends and also get a total body workout. Bellydancing strengthens quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, arms, and back muscles. By strengthening back muscles, it promotes good posture and prevents back injurie
