About Chef
All my classes are personalized to you based on your personalized profile that we will create during a discovery phone call.
I am a professional chef focus in teaching individuals, families and health conscious businesses to eat for good health, with homemade delicious meals created with real nutrient dense ingredients following a plant forward cuisine approach.
My Caribbean heritage has inspired me to fuse Latin and Caribbean flavors with global cuisine. My cooking is balanced, diverse and delicious.
I love what I do because I am supporting people to feel good by cooking and eating for good health with homemade meals that are delicious and nutritious, and made with real food.
For more than a decade, I have positively transformed my health by changing cooking and eating habits which influences the way I cook today. I have discovered that eating to achieve good health can be delicious, and affordable.
I use as much plant-based ingredients as possible, a variety of spices and aromatics using the healthiest cooking method to prepare them.
Using those principles, you will create dishes that are tasty, increase your energy, improves your health and makes you feel good.
