About Judah
We teach Hand made from scratch cooking techniques with farmers market inspired ingredients. Meet at a market buy some goodies and cook up a storm
I started teaching a farm to table cooking class as a night program in a high school. I knew almost all the farmers in the town I was living in from working at a local 0 mile diet farm to hotel. Based on the seasonal ingredients we made local seasonal food.
I am a graduate of the art institute of America, I have run arms own my own catering and cooking business , I have butchers bakers and candle stick makers training and industry experience.

It became a way to work with farmers and students on understanding their products well and transferring that knowledge to the customer and cooking class students.
